Niner took the already rowdy ROS 9 and fattened it up for your pleasure. The tough steel frame shrugs off abuse and features Niner’s popular long-travel hardtail geometry that begs to carve and huck all the way home. The 142 x 12mm thru-axle dropouts have simple inserts for easy setup with both single speed and geared options. And, the frame clears 3.0-inch tires, making the ROS 9 Plus versatile as a four-season ripper, extra-gnarly trail tamer, and all-around plaything. Niner built a chromoly fork that features a tapered steerer, 15mm thru-axle, and relatively short axle-to-crown length. All these features mean you get a stable and predictable front end that climbs well, avoids rotor rub, and precisely carves out whatever line you choose.
Because this is still a trail bike, Niner made sure you have internal dropper post routing, removable front and rear derailleur hangers, and integrated MRP bash guard mounts on the bottom bracket shell. Build up the frameset any way you want to maximize your smile factor.
