Policies & Shipping
We ship using most major USA Carriers, including UPS (United Parcel Service), The USPS (United States Postal Service), and FedEx. We are constantly looking for the lowest shipping rates to help you save on shipping. We also offer store pick up and we can arrange delivery locally to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
We normally ship goods within 24 hours of the full payment clearing our system and based on availability of items purchased. This excludes weekends and holidays. Under certain circumstances we may void shipping fees.
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.
Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.
Our web site has up to date information on our items in-stock. However, we excel in special orders and items that other dealers can't offer. Orders of that nature will definitely take longer and is based on availability and supply constrains.
Please note, due to manufacturer's restrictions, some items and brands are only available for store pick up. Some of these brands include all Scott and Pinarello bicycles. Shipping will not be an option for restricted items.

We can ship anywhere in the world, with a previous arrangement with the customer and the shipping carriers. Please inquire if you desire shipping outside of the Continental U.S.
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
We only accept returns of items defective as per manufacturer's discretion and we encourage our customers to obtain replacement or repairs with the manufacturers, especially on items purchased on our web site and not in person at our store.
Given the state of the supply chain due to COVID-19, we do not accept returns on any item. In the event that we agree on an exchange, the items returned must be received in the exact condition they were sold. We cannot accept opened or used merchandise of any kind. We may issue a store credit at our discretion as a resolution to a sale dispute.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here.
